This week's muffin tin theme was Dr. Seuss. I asked Boo which was his favorite Dr. Seuss books and he said, Yertle the Turtle. So I made his muffin tin with that in mind.
From bottom left: Mack {the turtle on the bottom of the stack} on a pile of mac and cheese, more mac and cheese, the turtle stack {blueberries} in a pond of blue yogurt; wheat bread crowns smeared with icing and decorated with yellow sprinkles; blue raspberry lemonade "pond water".Boo particularly liked the stack of turtles.
