The Shred
So I just wobbled over to the computer after finishing a workout from 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. You know, the trainer from The Biggest Loser. Whew! Only 20 minutes but it's power packed with abs, weights, and cardio. It reminds me of the 24 Set or new BodyPump classes they have at 24 Hour Fitness. Those are killer.
I have been on the waiting list for the library's copy for over a month and finally picked it up yesterday. After trying it out I think I'll have to add this to my Christmas wish list. It's such a great workout for a mom, or really anyone that doesn't have a lot of time to spare. I love that I don't have to invest a whole hour of precious "nap time" and still feel like a got a decent at-home workout.
Anyone else tried it?

I haven't tried it yet but like you I just picked it up from the library. I am hoping yo try it out tomorrow.
Carrie bought it for me right before I found out I was pregnant! I haven't opened it yet!! BUT...I'm glad to know it's so great since I will be needing something to kick my rear back in gear after # 2!!! I think it's pretty cheap on amazon (or at least it used to be).
I just started to use this DVD and really like it! I have been super sore after a few days and have cheated and taken a day off...whoopsie!
I used it for like, 2 weeks when I got really sick of the post-baby flab. And then decided I liked taking a nap with Will better than being winded and knocked silly with belly fat. Also, my muscles would get so tired I had a hard time picking up my enormous child afterward.
But yes, I noticed firmer, tighter body parts in about 3 workouts. If you can commit (and like you can't), then I imagine you'll be pregnant again soon, since your man won't be able to keep his hands off you!
